Paying for Plus
How do I pay for Plus?
On this website, by card, on Paystack’s secure page. You make or sign in to your free Tiyisa account first, with your email address and a six-digit code. Then sign in to the app with the same email, and Plus is on.
Can I buy Plus in the app instead?
Yes — through the App Store or Google Play, at their prices.
Is my card safe?
You pay on Paystack’s secure page. Tiyisa never sees or keeps your card number.
How do I cancel?
On My plan, with one button. If you bought Plus in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Cancel within 7 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. After that, you can stop Plus renewing at any time, and a yearly plan can also be cancelled with the unused whole months paid back. The Refund and cancellation policy has the details.
What happens to my information if I stop Plus?
Nothing you added is deleted. The free parts keep working.
Do prices include VAT?
There’s no VAT on this website’s prices: Synthetiq (Pty) Ltd isn’t registered for VAT. In the App Store and Google Play, the store’s own price applies, with any VAT it includes.
Why are there small ads?
Running Tiyisa costs money every month: keeping your information safe, sending reminders on time, and updating the app for new phones. Small ads in the free version help pay for that, so everyday tracking stays free for everyone. They never use your health information, and nothing you add in Tiyisa is shared with advertisers.
Are summaries medical advice?
No. Summaries count and show what you logged, with short notes from cited sources. Tiyisa never tells you what medicine to take or how much, or what your numbers mean for your health. Always follow your prescriber.
