Refund and cancellation policy

The short version
- Within 7 days of your first payment, cancel and get all of it back.
- After that, stop Plus renewing at any time. It keeps working until the end of what you’ve paid for.
- A yearly plan can also be cancelled with the unused whole months paid back.
- Stopping Plus never deletes anything you added.
The rules
- Within 7 days of your first payment: cancel and get all of it back (R49,00 for monthly, R449,00 for yearly). Plus ends when you cancel. This applies to your first purchase of Plus, once per person.
- Monthly, after 7 days: stop it renewing at any time. It keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and you're not charged again. The month you're in isn't refunded.
- Yearly, after 7 days: stop it renewing, and it keeps working until the end of your year. Or cancel now and get back R449,00 for each whole month left, divided by 12, rounded down to the cent. The month you're in counts as used, and My plan shows the exact amount before you confirm.
- Deleting your account stops your plan. Within 7 days of your first payment, you get all of it back.

How to cancel
On My plan, where you signed in to buy Plus. Stop renewing, Cancel and get a refund, and Cancel now for a yearly plan are each one button, and each tells you exactly what happens before you confirm. For your safety, we ask for a fresh sign-in code before any refund. You can also email info@tiyisa.com, and we'll do it for you.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We start them straight away, and we email you when it's done. Your bank decides how long a refund takes to show on your statement, and it will be there within 30 days. If you don't see it after 10 working days, email us and we'll help.
Bought in the App Store or Google Play
Cancel it there: on iPhone, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, in Google Play › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions. It keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for. For a refund within 7 days of your first payment, Apple handles App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com, and for Google Play, email info@tiyisa.com and we'll refund you in full.
